HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data processed will be maintained as long as the legal retention periods established for data conservation have not expired, if there is a legal obligation to maintain them, or if there is no such legal period until the interested party requests their deletion or revokes the consent granted. Specifically, INSIDE EARTH processes personal data until at least one of the hypotheses described below is reached. They are as follows:

TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS BETWEEN GROUP COMPANIES

PROTECTION OF HOSTED INFORMATION
INSIDE EARTH takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. While INSIDE EARTH performs backups of the contents and information hosted on its servers, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by Users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the total restoration of data deleted by Users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup. The services provided or offered through the website, the specific backup services, do not include the restoration of the contents kept in the backups made by INSIDE EARTH when such loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user. Data restoration is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to the data controller. INSIDE EARTH is not responsible for the misuse that users may make of other users’ personal data during the activity, including images, location, voice notes, etc., as well as third parties who may appear in the activity and are unrelated to it. INSIDE EARTH, in compliance with the new data protection regulations, informs website users that third-party personal data cannot be shared without their consent; for this reason, if third-party personal data is shared without certainty of having their consent, they should not do so, and in the case of images, they should pixelate them before publication.
